Padel Team Building: Greater Unity On and Off the Court

CAVISA Oil held a Padel Team Building at Clube Naval (Q88), bringing together employees from different departments for a day of sport, socialising and team spirit. Organised into mixed teams, participants were challenged to communicate, cooperate and push themselves together, in a relaxed atmosphere of healthy competition.
More than a sporting activity, the initiative strengthened bonds between colleagues and the values that guide us every day: trust, collaboration and commitment to shared goals. At CAVISA Oil, we believe that teams that are united outside of work are stronger teams within it.
